The challenge

Clear Brook Counselling Professionals has been on SiteViz since 2008. The owners and therapists were really happy with the functionality of the site, but its design was outdated and didn't grab the attention of their millennial target demographic. They also wanted to better highlight the therapists at each location and make it easier for users to get in contact.

The solution

Global Reach designed a sleek, modern website with a contemporary color palette and design motifs, as well as inclusive imagery. Along with the new design, Global Reach added the Staff Directory module. This was used to showcase the therapists at both clinics. Each therapist's profile includes a bio, preferred pronouns, a list of accepted insurance providers, their telehealth link, and a Contact form users can fill out to contact that specific therapist.
