Behle Inc.
The Challange
Behle Inc. is a premier provider of plumbing services and the parent company of multiple businesses. This client came to Global Reach with websites on multiple different platforms. They were looking for a better way to manage their content in one place that utilized a consistent design and layout. In addition, they wanted the flexibility to tailor each site to a specific side of their business. The Behle Inc. website was previously on WordPress, which made it difficult for the client to manage.
The Solution
Global Reach created two new websites on SiteViz Premier that share an admin area. This setup allows the client to log into one area and easily manage the content on both websites. Global Reach worked with the client to design the websites using the same template and adjusted the colors, images, and content to best fit each side of the business. Behle Inc. uses the FAQ and Services modules to provide detailed information about their company and the Testimonials module to promote feedback about those services. They use Submission Forms to encourage their customers to schedule services and provide feedback. Behle Inc. also purchased the Jobs, Photo Albums, Blog Posts, and Staff Profiles modules to promote the work that they do and who they are as a company.
Roto-Rooter of Ames
The Challange
Roto-Rooter of Ames is a premier provider of plumbing services and the child company of Behle Inc. They were looking for a better way to manage their content in one place that utilized a consistent design and layout. In addition, they wanted the flexibility to tailor each site to a specific side of their business. The Roto-Rooter website was originally part of a larger franchise website, so the client wanted the content and images to better reflect their individuality as a franchisee.
The Solution
Global Reach created the new website on SiteViz Premier, which shares the same admin area as the Behle website. The Roto-Rooter segment of Behle Inc. uses the FAQ and Services modules to provide detailed information about their company and the Testimonials module to promote feedback about those services. They use Submission Forms to encourage their customers to schedule services and provide feedback. The client also purchased the Jobs, Photo Albums, Blog Posts, and Staff Profiles modules to promote the work that they do and who they are as a company. All of these modules were designed to match Roto-Rooter's branding, while still being accessible from the Behle. Inc admin area.
Ifland Engineers
The Challange
Ifland Engineers provides civil and structural design services for residential, commercial, institutional, and governmental clientele. They were looking to modernize their website with a sleeker, more visually-focused web design. The client also wanted an easier way to collect important information such as job applications and detailed information and files for project proposal inquiries. The old website was outdated in both design and functionality.
The Solution
Global Reach created the new website on SiteViz Premier that is designed to better display the clients' work with large, clear images and enhanced functionality. Now, Ifland has large images displaying their work throughout the website, a user-friendly way to accept and manage job applications, and a detailed proposal inquiry form for potential customers to make submissions. Overall, the new website is more modern, visually-appealing and allows both the client and website users to navigate and interact with the website better.
