Enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in Internet Explorer
1) Select "Tools" > "Internet Options".
NOTE: Depending on your IE settings, the "Tools" menu may be a gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
1a) Internet Explorer 8
1b) Internet Explorer 9 & 10
2) Go to the "Advanced" tab.
3) Scroll down to the "Security" section.
4) Locate and check "Use TLS 1.1" and “Use TLS 1.2”, if available.
NOTE: Uncheck the options which say “Use SSL 2.0” and “Use SSL 3.0” if they are checked.
5) Then, press the "OK" button.
