You may need to update the outgoing server settings by clicking on the account you just created by following steps 1 and 2 then selecting your Global Reach email, then selecting the outgoing SMTP mail server, clicking on the Primary Server, and then ensuring the User Name and Password fields are filled in. Additionally, SSL should be enabled using port 465. When you are finished updating click on Done.

You should now be setup to receive and send email with your Global Reach email on your iPhone/iPad. If you have any trouble with this process, please contact Global Reach Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
